BUG FIXES
- Fixed: Several issues related to saving questions that contain html entities such as ' < > ', ' & ' was addressed. These questions should now save properly.
- Fixed: We address an issue preventing users from uploading images that contained special characters such as ' % ' and ' & '.
- Fixed: A change was made to remove extra spaces at the beginning of the feedback box for answer choices.

- Fixed: Added the option to allow teachers to activate/deactivate benchmark exams at the exam and student level.
