Disable the new SameSite behavior in Chrome browser

If you are experiencing issues with the platform and the customer support has asked you to disable the samesite behavior setting, here are the instructions for it.

Enable the new SameSite behavior

1. Go to chrome://flags

2. Disable #same-site-by-default-cookies. You must set them to “Disabled” rather than “Default”.

3. Restart Chrome for the changes to take effect.
