• Minimum Required: 4 GB RAM

• Recommended: 8 GB RAM or higher

• Minimum Resolution: 1024 x 768 (16-bit color)

• Recommended Resolution: 1920 x 1080 or higher (32-bit color)

• Touch Screens: Supported for tablets and Chromebook devices

• Multiple Monitors: Not supported; only a single monitor is permitted

Internet Browser

• Latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox

• Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled

Internet Connection

• Minimum Speed: Stable and reliable 12 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload

• Recommended: Wired network connection for best stability

• Prohibited: VPNs, proxies, advanced firewall security configurations (e.g., packet filtering, packet inspection)

Webcam

• Minimum Resolution: 640x480 at 10 fps

• Recommended: HD webcam (720p or higher)

• Forward-facing webcam, placed at eye level, providing a clear, unobstructed view of the head and shoulders

• Webcam filters or virtual backgrounds are prohibited

Audio

• Allowed: Built-in speakers or wired external speakers/headphones

• Prohibited: Bluetooth speakers, Bluetooth headphones, wireless headphones

• Headphones are permitted only if explicitly approved by the test administrator

Device Specifications

• Allowed Devices: Desktops, laptops

• Tablets: Allowed only with a physical keyboard, approved OS, and meeting display requirements

Mobile Phones

• Allowed exclusively for initial check-in and identity verification steps

• Post check-in, phones must be powered off and placed out of reach during the exam

Power

• Devices must be connected to a stable power source to prevent disruptions
