Resetting your Password

To reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the LENS Reporting System login screen.

  2. Locate the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen and click on it.

  3. On the password reset page, provide your email address and username associated with your account.1.png

  4. Once you have entered the required information, click on the "Validate" or similar button to proceed.

  5. The system will validate your information and if it matches, an email will be sent to the provided email address.

  6. Check your email inbox for the password reset email. It should contain instructions on how to reset your password.

  7. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. Typically, you will be directed to a secure page where you can enter a new password.

  8. Create a new password for your account, following any specified password requirements (such as minimum length or special character usage).

  9. Save the new password securely.

If you encounter any issues during the password reset process or if the new password does not work, it is recommended to contact your District Assessment Coordinator (DAC) for further assistance. They can provide additional support and ensure your access to the system is restored.

In case the DAC is unable to log in or encounters any issues, they can reach out to the help desk or system administrators for further assistance.
