Year Over Year Report

On left hand side menu click on dashboards and then select MSAA dashboards.

Select the "Year Over Year Report" from MSAA Reporting Data.

The Year-Over-Year Dashboard offers a comparative view of student performance in ELA, Math, and Science (available for select grades) across two consecutive school years. It helps identify performance trends and growth patterns. Use the filter icon to narrow the data by specific criteria such as District, School, Subject, and Grade.

Step 1 – Hover Over a Data Block
Move your cursor over or right-click any performance level block in the chart. After a moment, a tooltip will appear showing detailed performance and Student count.

Step 2 – Access Additional Drill Options
Click to drill through and explore additional detailed views.

Filtering by Student Subgroups
In the Year-Over-Year Dashboard, select the Subgroups option to refine your analysis by student demographics and characteristics.
