Performance Report

On left hand side menu click on dashboards and then select MSAA dashboard.
 

Select the "Performance Report" from MSAA Reporting Data.

You will then reach the Performance Dashboard Overview, which presents a summary of student performance by subject and school year, organized by performance levels.

Universal Filter Tool
Click the filter icon in the upper-right corner of any report to open the filter menu. From there, you can refine the data by selecting specific criteria such as School Year, District, School, Subject, and Grade.

For more detailed insights, click the Show Districts tab. This view allows you to examine student performance across the state, broken down by district and individual schools.

To access more detailed insights from any visualization, use the drill-through feature available on all interactive charts.

Step 1 – Hover Over a Data Block
Move your cursor over or right-click any performance level block in the chart. After a moment, a tooltip will appear showing detailed counts and percentages.

Step 2 – Access Additional Drill Options
Click to drill through and explore additional detailed views.

Step 3 – Explore Deeper Insights
Use the drill-through menu to dive further into the data by selecting “Student Details,” “View Sub scores,” or “Shows Subgroups.”

Student Details: Displays a table with student demographics, enrollment details, and test data.

View Sub scores: Offers a breakdown of performance by assessment strands.

Compare Subgroups: Enables analysis across different student groups.

The Student List tab within the Performance Dashboard provides a detailed table of individual student performance data. This view helps to review student-level details across districts, schools, and subjects.
