- If you are having trouble logging in or forgot your password, you can use the 'Forgot Password' option on the FocalPoint login screen.
- At the Reset Login page, you’ll fill in your username or email.
- Click on 'Submit'.
- You will receive a temporary password via email. The temporary password will be coming from info@focalpointk12.com or sendgrid.net.
- If you forgot your username, you can reach your school admin or FocalPoint Support.through Call, Chat or Email.
