How do I login or logout of the FocalPoint Platform? – FocalPoint Support Community

Please open a new browser (Preferred : Google Chrome)
Kindly login to Focal Point using the url: https://lms.backpack.education/
(Please bookmark the link)
The Login screen will be displayed.
Enter your credentials provided by your test coordinator/tutor in the Username and Password fields.
Click on 'Login' button once after the details are provided.
Upon successful login, your personalized homepage will be accessible, providing you with seamless entry into the FocalPoint platform.
You can update your password by clicking 'My profile' icon located at the top right corner of the page.
Select the pencil icon (Change Password) to change your password.
Please enter the Old and New passwords in the text fields.
Click on 'Save' once done. Your new password will be updated.
In order to Log out of the platform, go to the top right corner of the dashboard and click on the logout icon.
You will logout of the platform.
If you forgot your password you can click on 'Forgot Password'.
