In the Meetings tab, you can create a meeting for all community members to join. Clicking will allow you to title your meeting, list the start/end time, agenda, and whether you’d like users to be automatically approved when joining. If your district has not integrated FocalPoint with a 3rd party meeting tool such as Zoom, you’ll host the meeting using FocalPoint’s video platform. If your district is using a 3rd party meeting tool, it’ll automatically connect and launch within FocalPoint when the meeting begins.
- Once you have saved the meeting, clicking on the 3-dot menu will allow you to host, edit or delete
- After the meeting is complete, the 3-dot menu will allow you to view the Meeting Report
