How Do I Assign Students To Exam? – FocalPoint Support Community

To assign the students to exam, select the ‘Enrollments’ section on the left side of the page.
Select the ‘Examinations’, 'Location' from the drop down.
Create a time slot within the 'Time slot' tab or you can choose the existing time slot from the drop down while assigning the student.
You can find the Exam takers under 'Enrollees' who need to be assigned to a time slot.
Now, select the 'Time Slot' and click on the '+' sign to the right side of Enrollees to assign them.
Once done, the examtaker will be assigned to the respective time slot.
If you, approve them then the 'Exam Token' number is generated as shown below.
Once Live toggles are enabled, student will be able to launch the test either login based or token based.
