- Select Course Module, select ‘+ ‘sign on the MODULE tab for the course created.
- Provide the Module name, click on ‘Add Module'.
- The Module gets created and you can publish it by symbol as shown below.
- After the module gets created, you can add resources to the module by clicking the ‘+’ sign beside the module.
- Select ‘External tool’ as the Item type.
- Select ‘FocalPointK12 Resources’.
- Choose a OER Resource from the list of Resources and then click on embed to attach them to your course.
- Confirm the details like the URL, Page Name and Indentation and also make sure that you select ‘Load in a New Tab’ for the page to open in a new tab and then click ‘add item’.
- The Module gets created and you can publish it by symbol as shown below.
- Click on the Module which creates a link on the next page and when we click on the link it loads the module into a new tab.
