What if the password reset emails are not getting delivered from focal point?
User can reset the password using the "Forgot Password" link.
Once they click Submit after providing their username and email address , they will be receiving an email with the credentials .
It will take at least 15-20 minutes for the mails to be delivered. If the mails are not delivered, please contact your IT Department so that they can whitelist ‘info@focalpointk12.com’ and ‘sendgrid.net’ on your email server.
If the department says that the website is whitelisted , then contact FPK12 helpdesk.
