What if the password reset emails are not getting delivered from focal point?

 

  • User can reset the password using the "Forgot Password" link.
  • Once they click Submit after providing their username and email address , they will be receiving an email with the credentials .
  • It will take at least 15-20 minutes for the mails to be delivered. If the mails are not delivered, please contact your IT Department so that they can whitelist ‘info@focalpointk12.com’ and ‘sendgrid.net’ on your email server.
  • If the department says that the website is whitelisted , then contact FPK12 helpdesk.
