What if the Password Reset Emails Are Not Getting Delivered From Focalpoint?

 

  • Users can reset their password using the "Forgot Password" link.
  • Once they click Submit after providing their username and email address, they will receive an email with their login credentials.
  • It will take at least 15-20 minutes for the email to be delivered. If the email is not delivered, please contact your IT Department so that they can whitelist ‘info@focalpointk12.com’ and ‘sendgrid.net’ on your email server.
  • If the department says that the website is whitelisted, contact FPK12 helpdesk.
